Members Passenger Ride Night

The final 2025 Passenger Ride Night is on Saturday 15 November 2025.

Time to give those people who help support you to enjoy motorsport a chance to get around the track.

IMPORTANT! YOU MUST GET AN AASA LICENSE BEFORE THE EVENT – SEE BELOW FOR DETAILS

PLEASE ALSO FILL OUT THE DRIVER INDEMNITY FORM – LINK HERE

If you do not have an AASA day license for this event and fill out the driver indemnity form PRIOR to the event, you may not be able to participate on the night.

This event is for WA Sporting Car Club Members Only and costs $165.00 (plus $45 for AASA licence payable direct to AASA).

Please supply your own helmet.
Race office opens at 5.00pm
Drivers Briefing at 5.30pm
Passengers sign on from 5.30pm
On track at 6.00pm – 10.00pm.
Long Pants, Long Sleeves, Closed in shoes and Helmet is minimum.

Ideally, logbook cars will have the same safety features mirrored on the passenger side (race seat & HANS device / harness).

The HANS device is preferred but not mandatory for passengers, but it is required for drivers.

Please note that we would request you limit your invited passengers per car to 8 to ensure everyone gets out on track.

Passengers must be 16 years of age or older.
