An audit of garages has been conducted with results tabled at a meeting of the Committee held on 12 December. The meeting considered the relevant eligibility criteria for allocation and retention and made some adjustment to minimum participation requirements. These will be captured in garage lease renewal documentation to be forwarded. A large amount of non-compliance with lease requirements was discovered with respect to tagging of electrical equipment and storage of hazardous substances. Members will be engaged individually on this for corrective action.
