The 2026 Warm Up Lap

The engines are firing again at Wanneroo Raceway as WA Sporting Car Club members roll in for the Warm Up Lap — the official kick-off ahead of Round 1 of the WA Sporting Car Club Championship and the full season of Drifting, TarmacSportz, Tuning Events and more.

This is your chance to shake the rust off, dial the car in, catch up with mates and officially start the 2026 season the right way.

Members Only Tuning Event

Paid members can access a free tuning session, choosing either a morning or afternoon session.

Spots are limited and pre-registration via the Motorsport Australia portal is mandatory — no on-the-day entries due to track capacity.

Important:

• Members may select ONE session only
• No mixing tuning and drifting
• No double sessions

Race Office for Tuning Day on Main Track

• Opens from 7:15am for driver sign-on
• Closed 12:15pm – 12:45pm during lunch

DriftWest – Jack’s Hill

DriftWest is back on Jack’s Hill with two solid sessions available:

• 8:00am – 12:00pm
• 1:00pm – 5:00pm

Drift office opens from 7:00am at Jack’s Hill.

(Closed during lunch from 12:15pm – 12:45pm, in line with the race office.)

Membership Pack Collection

Pick up your 2026 Membership Pack from 9:30am – 1:00pm at McCrackan House.

Can’t make it on the day? No stress — packs will be posted out.

Members Draw

The Members Draw will be held at 12:30pm.

Only members who have paid their 2026 membership by 31 January 2026 are eligible — and you must be present to win.

Lunch, BBQ & Bar

During the 12:15pm – 1:00pm lunch break, all members are welcome at McCrackan House for a BBQ — whether you’re on track or not.

The bar opens from 12:00pm fo those who have finished driving for the day.

This is more than a tuning day — it’s the start button on the season.
