Hi all,

Season 2024 is drawing to a close and as a result, we are preparing for the 2024 Annual General Meeting which will be held at McCrackan House from 6.00pm on Friday 13 December 2024.

In preparation for the AGM we have attached the following pieces of information:

1. The official Notice of Annual General Meeting in accordance with Item 38 of The W.A. Sporting Car Club Inc. (WASCC) Constitution.
2. A nomination form for the election of Ordinary Board members in accordance with Items 27, 28 and 29 of The W.A. Sporting Car Club Inc. (WASCC) Constitution.
3. A nomination form for the election of Life Membership in accordance with Item 8 of The W.A. Sporting Car Club Inc. (WASCC) Constitution.
4. A form to submit Notices of Motion as Special Business in accordance with Item 39 of The W.A. Sporting Car Club Inc. (WASCC) Constitution.
