Bunnings Trade Perth SuperNight Information

The WA Sporting Car Club is thrilled to be able to welcome the Supercars Championship back to Wanneroo Raceway for the Bunnings Trade Perth SuperNight on 30 April – 1 May. The Supercars main event will be supported by the Dunlop Series and V8 SuperUtes, as well as local categories Historic Touring Cars and the Radical Cup. The Supercars round will be again held under lights, making it a visually spectacular family event.

Below is event information that relates to the WA Sporting Car Club membership and the Wanneroo Raceway venue. For more specific event information, please see www.supercars.com.

Is there a day during Supercars event week that I will not be able to access the venue?

While there is practice and qualifying session scheduled for some categories on Friday, April 29 the venue will not be open to the membership or public on this day.

Does proof of vaccination requirements apply to the Supercars event?

Yes, as the entire venue is fully licenced for this event, you will be required to show proof of vaccination at the gate.

I am a garage holder, what will I need to do?

We require our garage holders in ALL garages located between Gate 11 and northwards to the caretaker’s house (#s 80 – 151) to vacate their garages by 5pm, Friday 15th April. This includes the removal of all personal property and signage. Please consult the Supercars section of your garage agreement for more information.

I am currently storing my trailer at Wanneroo Raceway. Can I keep it there over event weekend?

No. We require trailers to be relocated offsite for the event. These will also need to be removed by 5pm, Friday 15th April. This includes the trailers of support category participants, although these can stay until Thursday, 28th April.

I am the holder of a VIP or Corporate Box, is there anything I need to know?

Please note that should there be no relaxation of COVID restrictions between now and Supercars, there will be a capacity limit of 16 people for each of the VIP Boxes and McCrackan House Corporate Boxes (includes Balcony).

For VIP Box holders, your area will be fenced off with security personnel. The complete area (including boxes) has a capacity of 225 people.

We remind our VIP and Corporate Box holders that Supercars is a family friendly event and anyone engaging in anti-social or inappropriate behaviour in any area will be asked to leave the venue.

Can I get free entry with my WASCC membership?

Ultimate, General, Life and Spectator members will be given free general entry access by showing their membership card to security staff on Gate 35 (closest to Mather Drv carpark, Turn 7 end). One card equals one access pass.

Children under 12 are free, including those who are entering with a member.

How do I purchase tickets for a non-member?

Additional tickets will be available for purchase at the gate. However, due to capacity limits it’s recommended to pre-purchase tickets online to avoid disappointment.

For the purchase of tickets and hospitality packages please see:  https://www.supercars.com/perth-supernight/.

Will I be able to access McCrackan House with my membership card?

As in previous years, Ultimate, General, Life and Spectator members will be able to access McCrackan House by showing your membership card to the security staff at McCrackan House door.

Please note that due to COVID-19 restrictions McCrackan House will have a 160 capacity limit and so access can not be guaranteed.

What are my transport and parking options?

Members and Officials parking will be located off the end of Mather Drive (same location as 2019).

For the general public, we encourage the use of the Transperth Special Event Shuttle Buses which will operate from Clarkson Station to get to and from event. Bus schedule will be released closer to the event (https://www.transperth.wa.gov.au/journey-planner/events)

I am an official – do you know when and where I can collect my accreditation pack?

Official’s accreditation collection will be located at Gate 3 (Jack’s Hill entrance) and will be open from Thursday 28 April 9am. Supercars will be in touch with registered officials directly via email with more thorough information.

I am an official and would like to camp, who do I talk to about this?

You will need to contact the Supercars Volunteer Manager regarding camping over the weekend. You can send your enquiry to volunteers@supercars.com.

I am a support class competitor, how do I collect my accreditation?

For our local support class competitors, Supercars will be in touch directly with information on how to access the venue across the weekend.
