On Friday, 25 August, the members of WASCC voted to adopt a new Constitution by Special Resolution at an Extraordinary General Meeting held at the Club. The approved Constitution will now be lodged with the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety in accordance with the Associations Incorporation Act 2015 section 30.
