Thanks to the Supercheap Auto Club Development Fund, The WA Sporting Car Club is presenting a Motorsport Australia Women’s Introduction to Motorsport session at MotorMall Wanneroo Raceway.
This is a hands-on entry point for those looking to get behind the wheel and build confidence in a structured, supportive environment. Whether you’re completely new or keen to refine the basics, the program is designed to develop fundamental driving skills while introducing the core principles of performance and control.
The session combines a guided theory session with practical on-track exercises, covering driving position, vehicle dynamics, braking and car control.
Participants will work through activities including braking & accelerating and practice & competitive Motorkhana runs, leading into main circuit laps guided by a Motorsport Australia accredited coach — offering a clear pathway into motorsport in a safe and approachable setting.
Finishing the afternoon with afternoon tea and a chance to network with other Women within the Motorsport Field.

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS:
- Long pants, long sleeves, enclosed shoes
- Helmet with a minimum of a AS1698 compliance sticker (open face helmet’s available)
- Motorsport Australia Track Day License
- Minimum driver age 14
- Your own vehicle that is mechanically sound and capable of safely undertaking the activities and road registered.
- EV and Hybrid vehicles are not permitted to enter.
Entry Fee is $300 not including the Motorsport Australia Track Day license
