One of our long term members, Les Harvey, has passed away.

Les has been a member of WASCC since the very early 90’s.

Some of his first race meetings were in the 1990’s including enduros with his son Clint Harvey. Mostly Les enjoyed watching the racing and helping his son Clint.

Les built the first Saloon car that was raced at Wanneroo and he and his wife Val played a big role in establishing the Saloon car category here in WA.

Les never missed a race meeting and always looked forward to watching his son race and then in recent years watching his grandson, Mason in the Saloon car category.
