Established in 1927 the WASCC is the largest car club in WA and the longest established promoter of circuit racing in Australia. Today the WASCC promotes many race meetings each year, with the highlights of each season being the WA Rounds of both the SuperTrucks & V8 Supercar Championship Series. This is undoubtedly one of the biggest sporting events in Western Australia, with more than Seventy thousand spectator's trackside over three days and a live television audience in the millions. WASCC also conducts Drift Battles, Super Sprints, Hillclimbs, and Competition Driving Schools each year, plus Member Tuning Days.

More info Barbagallo Raceway to benefit from multi-million dollar upgrade As you may have read or heard in the media, the Club is very pleased at the State Government's commitment of a further $10 million in funding by May 2012. These funds will go a long way to improving the Raceway and should make it a more attractive option to securing further high profile events in the future, as well as benefitting local motor sport participants and enthusiasts.
